"This is an incredibly good Greek salad recipe, nice and tangy and even better in the summer when you use fresh vegetables!"
Ingredients
- * 1 head romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and chopped shopping list
- * 1 red onion, thinly sliced shopping list
- * 1 (6 ounce) can pitted black olives shopping list
- * 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- * 1 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- * 2 large tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- * 1 cucumber, sliced shopping list
- * 1 cup crumbled feta cheese shopping list
- * 6 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- * 1 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- * 1 lemon, juiced shopping list
- * ground black pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Lay a bed of lettus
- build salad in order
- Mix evoo with oregano, lemon juice
- poor over salad just before serving
- Pepper to taste
