How to make it

  • Mix dry ingredients to combine, add boiling water mixing until dough is stiff and easy to handle.
  • Form oblong ball and place in corn shucks.
  • To wrap: strip a few shucks to make strings. Tie 2 strips together at ends.
  • Fold carefully and tie in the middle with strings.
  • Place in large stew pot and boil 30 to 45 minutes.
