Crunchy Paprika Chickpeas

- 2 (15 1/2 ounce) cans chickpeas, drained, rinsed and patted dry. shopping list
- 3 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sweet, hot or smoked paprika shopping list
How to make it
- Toss chickpeas with oil.
- Arrange in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake at 450 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, tossing occasionally.
- Remove from oven.
- Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
- Return to oven 2 to 3 minutes.
- Cool on paper towels.
- Will keep at room temperature for up to 2 days.
