How to make it

  • Toss chickpeas with oil.
  • Arrange in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
  • Bake at 450 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes, tossing occasionally.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
  • Return to oven 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Cool on paper towels.
  • Will keep at room temperature for up to 2 days.
