Apple Salsa

This was a winning apple recipe at a local apple festival many years ago. I wish I could remember the name of the winner to give them credit but have long ago lost the peson's name. A nice change from tomatoe based salsas very nice with pork dishes especially grilled pork.
Ingredients
- 2 granny smith apples cored and finely chopped shopping list
- 1 4 oz can diced green chiles shopping list
- 1/4 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- combine everything well in a meduim bowl cover and refrigarate at least two hours before serving to allow flavors to blend
