  • See JJ's Cheese Cake. Just use a green lemon or food coloring for St. Patricks Day. The cake disappeared in about 10 minutes. I also made my pecan cookies which everyone went crazy for and everyone wanted the recipes. A great trip. Enjoy, JJ
