Thick Crust Pepperoni Pizza

- CRUST shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups All Purpose flour shopping list
- 3 cups bread flour shopping list
- 3 tablespoons sugar shopping list
- 1 ½ teaspoons salt shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 ½ cups water shopping list
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast shopping list
- TOPPINGS shopping list
- spaghetti sauce shopping list
- 8 oz Block mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 Package Sliced pepperoni shopping list
How to make it
- Mix dry ingredients including yeast
- Add water and oil kneed until dough is firm
- Cover and place in oven set to warm for about ½ an hour
- Kneed dough, flatten, place on pizza pan, rub top with olive oil and place back in oven to rise for 15 minutes
- Take crust out of the oven and pre heat to 425
- Grate your cheese
- Spoon spaghetti sauce onto crust generously leaving the edges bare
- Sprinkle grated mozzarella over sauce
- Add sliced pepperoni
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes
- Let cool and enjoy
