Grandmother Botts Pound Cake

This pound cake is even great for breakfast warmed slightly with a dab of your favorite jam.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Crisco shortening shopping list
- 1-2/3 cups sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- ½ tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring shopping list
- ½ tsp almond flavoring shopping list
How to make it
- Cream Crisco & sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each egg.
- Add flour one cup at a time then mixing.
- Stir in vanilla and almond.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
