How to make it

  • Steam chicken until half done.
  • Put chicken in baking dish and pour barbecue sauce over chicken.
  • Bake at 350°F basting every 15 minutes for 1 hour or until done.
  • PREASURE COOKER:
  • Brown chicken in 2 tablespoons oil in pressure cooker.
  • Add barbecue sauce.
  • Set control at 15 pounds and cook for 20 minutes.
  • Release pressure immediately.
