Rack of Lamb with chilli-orange glaze

- 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet orange marmalade shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mild chilli sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon seeded mustard shopping list
- 2 racks of lamb, 6 cutlets each shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to moderate.
- Combine juice, marmalade, sauce and mustard in small saucepan. Bring to boil, remove from heat.
- Place lamb in large oilded baking dish, pour over hot glaze. Bake, uncovered, about 40 minutes, or till lamb is browned and cooked as desired, spooning glaze over lamb occasionally.. enjoy.
