How to make it

  • Arrange fillets in a shallow nonmetallic baking dish.
  • In a bowl mix next eight ingredients with a whisk.
  • Add oil and whisk into an emulsion.
  • Spread sauce over fillets and let stand refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Turn fillets then spread sauce and let stand refrigerated for another 30 minutes.
  • Liberally spray grill with cooking spray.
  • Arrange fillets on grill and brush generously with sauce.
  • Cook 5” from coals for 6 minutes.
  • Baste with more sauce then turn and cook for an additional six minutes.
