Barbecued Catfish

- 2 pounds catfish fillets cut in serving size pieces shopping list
- 1 tablespoon packed dark brown sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder shopping list
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/4 cup tomato ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup canola oil shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange fillets in a shallow nonmetallic baking dish.
- In a bowl mix next eight ingredients with a whisk.
- Add oil and whisk into an emulsion.
- Spread sauce over fillets and let stand refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Turn fillets then spread sauce and let stand refrigerated for another 30 minutes.
- Liberally spray grill with cooking spray.
- Arrange fillets on grill and brush generously with sauce.
- Cook 5” from coals for 6 minutes.
- Baste with more sauce then turn and cook for an additional six minutes.
