How to make it

  • Arrange graham crackers in an even layer on bottom of a 13x9-inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese in large bowl with electric mixer on med-speed until creamy.
  • Gradually add milk, mixing until well blended after each addition.
  • Add dry pudding mix, beat 1 min.
  • Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread over graham crackers.
  • Cover with remaining Cool Whip, top with fruit.
  • Refrigerate several hours or overnight, the longer the better it sets. Sprinkle with coconut just before servings.
