How to make it

  • Remove and discard two of the egg yolk from the hard-cooked eggs.
  • Chop the remaining egg whites and yolks.
  • In a large bowl, combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • The next day, preheat the oven to 350°.
  • Coat a 2-1/2 quart casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Remove bowl from the refrigerator.
  • Stir ingredients and pour into prepared dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, for 1-1/2 hours.
