A very simple easy maple flavored syrup for waffles, pancakes, french toast and such.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon maple flavoring

Directions
  1. Place sugars and water in medium sauce pan
  2. bring to a rolling boil over medium high heat stirring constantly
  3. boil for one minute
  4. remove from heat
  5. add maple flavoring to syrup mixture and stir well
  6. serve warm over pancakes, waffles ect.
  7. store left overs covered in refrigerator for up to one week
