Icey Almonds Recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c butter

2 1/2 cups whole unblanched almonds

1 c sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Melt butter in sauce pan.

Add almonds and sugar.

Cook, stirring occasionally until syrup is a golden brown.

Remove from heat.

Stir in vanilla.

Drop by clusters onto waxed paper or a greased baking pan.

Cool
