This is our favorite casserole

Ingredients
  • 4 t0 6 chicken breast ,cooked and torn apart
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 sleeve ritz crackers
  • 1 tlbs poppy seed
  • 1 stick of butter or margerine

Directions
  1. Boil chicken, let cool.
  2. Stir soup and sour cream until well blended.
  3. Pull chicken apart and place in casserole dish, pour soup mixture over chicken.
  4. Crush crackers and put on top of this.Spinkle poppy seed over crackers and dot with butter.
  5. Bake 350 degree oven for 30 min. or until bubbly and brown.
  6. Very good....

I have made this many times. Everyone always loves it. I always add poppy seeds to the casserole itself and serve over wild rice.
