How to make it

  • Put chocolate bits and milk in heavy 2 quart pan. Stir over low heat until chocolate melts. Remove from heat. Stir in sugar, nuts and cherries until well mixed. Chill until firm enough to handle, about one hour. Roll teaspoonful of mixture in coconut. Chill until firm, and store in refrigerator. Can be frozen.
