How to make it

  • Peeled and core your apples, cut into 8th - while peeling coring and slicing keep apples in a bowl of cold lemon water, to keep them from turning brown.
  • Making sure your butter is room temperature, blend the rest of your ingredients.
  • Place apples in a well greased 9" x 13" pan top with your sugar mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until apples are bubbling on side and in the center.
  • Serve with a dolup of whip cream or some vanilla ice cream.
