How to make it

  • Cream the sour cream and cream cheese together.
  • Add onions, chilis and olives, then fold in cheese.
  • Spread about 2 Tablespoons of cheese mix onto each tortilla.
  • Roll tortillas up using a bit of sour cream as paste at seam.
  • Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • When ready to serve, cut each roll into 1 inch pieces, about 10 each.
  • I usually save the end pieces for my family and the center ones for guests.
