- 1 8oz. pkg. mexican shredded cheese (with seasonings) shopping list
- 1 8oz. pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 1 8 oz. carton sour cream shopping list
- 2 green onions (both white and green parts) chopped shopping list
- 1 4 oz. can chopped mild green chilis shopping list
- 1 4 oz. can chopped black olives shopping list
- 6 large tortillas (flour) shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the sour cream and cream cheese together.
- Add onions, chilis and olives, then fold in cheese.
- Spread about 2 Tablespoons of cheese mix onto each tortilla.
- Roll tortillas up using a bit of sour cream as paste at seam.
- Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to serve, cut each roll into 1 inch pieces, about 10 each.
- I usually save the end pieces for my family and the center ones for guests.
