Coco Choco Pineapple Squares

This is a super moist dessert square with chocolate, pineapple and coconut.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup Crisco® shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 small can crushed pineapple with juice shopping list
- 1 package chocolate chips shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, well drained shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups coconut shopping list
How to make it
- In a bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, cream Crisco and sugar.
- Add eggs and mix well.
- Add dry ingredients and mix.
- Add pineapple and juice and chocolate chips.
- Mix well.
- Pour mixture evenly onto an edged baking sheet.
- Topping:
- First, put pineapple on top of the "dough".
- Sprinkle with coconut.
- Bake at 375° for 20-30 minutes.
- When cool, cut into squares.
