Fruit Becan Cake

- 1 cup flour sifted shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon shopping list
- 1/2 pound butter shopping list
- 2-1/4 cups sugar shopping list
- 6 eggs shopping list
- 2 tablespoons brandy flavoring shopping list
- 3/4 pound candied pineapple shopping list
- 3/4 pound candied whole cherries shopping list
- 1 pound seedless raisins shopping list
- 15 ounces pecan halves shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Combine butter, sugar, eggs and flavoring in large bowl.
- Add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add fruit and nuts.
- Bake in lightly greased tube pan at 275 degrees for 3 hours.
