  • 1 c Minced cooked beets
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 4 Egg yolks; beaten
  • 3 tbsp evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Nutmeg

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Process thoroughly.
  3. Cook as for pancakes in a hot buttered skillet.
