  • 5 parts fine ground cinnamon
  • 2 parts grated nutmeg
  • 1 part fine ground cloves

Directions
  1. Mix the ingredients thoroughly and keep in a sealed jar. Use to spice baked apples, apple cakes and pie fillings, etc.
