How to make it

  • Whisk together mustard, lemon juice, heavy cream, olive oil, cumin, cayenne, salt and pepper.
  • Add parsley, basil and green onion.
  • Add ground beef and mix using two forks, aerating rather than squashing or turning beef.
  • Mound on serving platter and surround with sliced sweet onion and breads.

    And then there are those who will list all the health risks (who are probably also grossed out). I too love(d) it, though I don't remember having a tartare with this much spice. Guaranteed I'll like this :).
