How to make it

  • preheat oven - 250`
  • mix all of the ingrtdients together and place on a shallow baking pan
  • bake for 21/2 - 3 hours stir often while they're baking
  • let cool before you enjoy them

    This is a keeper! Every year I am disappointed in my batch of pumpkin seeds, but these turned out great! I used Lawry's on the second batch instead of regular salt and they turned out yummy too.

    Thank you!!! I have been trying to make pumpkin seeds for years and they never turned out! I almost threw out the seeds after the kids were done carving tonight, but decided to come here and find a recipe. I'm so glad I found this one because they are awesome!

    OK. I try this every year when we carve our pumpkins. They never would come out right. First of all I would wash them off and second I don't think I had the temp or time right. Third I never used butter.
