Brie Cheese Fondue Recipe

Brie Cheese Fondue Recipe
This is a very European cheese fondue. Best kept in a fondue style service. Serve with french bread and fresh slices of apple and grapes. A definite Eye Catching and Delicious Treat!

Ingredients
  • 2 wedges of Brie Cheese (rind off)
  • 3 Tbs of butter
  • 1 tsp of Garlic powder(more if you like it real garlicy)
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 Green Apple
  • 1 Red Apple
  • Green Grapes
  • 2 French Bagettes

Directions
  1. In a sauce pan bring cheese to a slow melt and add other ingrediants
  2. This appetizer does better if it is in a fondue dish with low flame underneath to keep warm.
  3. Serve with apple slices both red and green and grapes to drape around plate
  4. On other plate serve a French Bagette bread served in slices for dipping with the main fondue in the middle.
  5. You may want to have a small spoon to serve the fondue onto the bread.
