How to make it

  • In a sauce pan bring cheese to a slow melt and add other ingrediants
  • This appetizer does better if it is in a fondue dish with low flame underneath to keep warm.
  • Serve with apple slices both red and green and grapes to drape around plate
  • On other plate serve a French Bagette bread served in slices for dipping with the main fondue in the middle.
  • You may want to have a small spoon to serve the fondue onto the bread.
