Ingredients
  • 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1 cup all purpose baking mix
  • 1 tablespoon dehydrated minced onion
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 pound sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can quartered artichoke hearts (not marinated)
  • 1/2 cup sherry wine
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions
  1. Roll chicken breasts in baking mix then broil in oil until golden brown.
  2. Place in a casserole dish then sprinkle with seasoned salt, lemon pepper and onion.
  3. Spread soup on top then add mushrooms and artichoke hearts then pour wine over top.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika then bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes.
  5. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
  6. Serve with rice or noodles.
