Holiday Yam Bake

- 40 ounce can yams drained shopping list
- 8-1/2 ounce can crushed pineapple and juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons light brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 3 tablespoons chopped pecans shopping list
- 3/4 cup miniature marshmallows shopping list
How to make it
- Drain yams and mash well.
- Drain pineapple reserving juice.
- Add juice to yams, sugar and butter then beat well.
- Stir in pineapple and pecans.
- Coat inside of casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Spoon in yam mixture and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with marshmallows then bake 10 minutes longer.
