This is a very good and easy dessert. Perfect for after a big meal or a simple bbq.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup margarine shopping list
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 4 cups small white marshmallows shopping list
- 19 oz can cherry pie filling shopping list
How to make it
- Melt margarine and mix with crumbs and sugar.
- Reserve 1/3 cup for the top.
- Press remaining into 9x13 pan.
- Whip cream until stiff.
- Fold in marshmallows.
- Spread 1/2 over crumb base.
- Spoon cherry pie filling over top smoothing as best as you can.
- Spread rest of whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle reserved crumbs over all.
- Chill for several hours before serving.
