How to make it

  • Just blend all ingredients except noodles in a sauce pan, cook on medium heat for about 35-40 minutes until bay leaves have released their flavor. Remove bay leaves.
  • In the meantime, cook noodles to al dente stage, and drain.
  • Serve sauce over noodles, with a green salad and some garlic bread.
  • It doesn't get any easier than this!! And healthy, too. You can add mushrooms, olives, etc., whatever you like to the sauce while it's cooking, but the canned seasoned tomatoes provides a great base.
