Worlds Easiest Vegetarian Spaghetti Recipe
This is the easiest spaghetti I make, and it is completely fat free as far as I can tell. My 10 year old adores it.

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz. canned tomatoes with garlic, basil and oregano
  • 1/2 pound spaghetti noodles
  • minced garlic
  • dried minced onions
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 2 bay leaves
  • thyme, to your preference

Directions
  1. Just blend all ingredients except noodles in a sauce pan, cook on medium heat for about 35-40 minutes until bay leaves have released their flavor. Remove bay leaves.
  2. In the meantime, cook noodles to al dente stage, and drain.
  3. Serve sauce over noodles, with a green salad and some garlic bread.
  4. It doesn't get any easier than this!! And healthy, too. You can add mushrooms, olives, etc., whatever you like to the sauce while it's cooking, but the canned seasoned tomatoes provides a great base.
