Pumpkin Seeds

- One large pumpkin shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
- kosher salt shopping list
- Any other spices you might like - I have a friend that uses Cayanne and says it's great! shopping list
How to make it
- Cut top off pumpkin, scoup out all the seeds and pulp. Dump it into a stainer and wash till you have only seeds left. Pour the wet seeds onto a towel and blot them dry.
- Heat a small amount of oil in the skillit and working in batches add the seeds, turning often and keeping an eye that they don't burn. Sprinkle with salt and toast till desided doneness. Pour out onto paper towels to cool. Enjoy! = )
