How to make it
- Buy enough whipping cream depending on what size instant pudding you get, (use whipping cream to replace the amount of milk called for on the pudding box)
- Just whip it for a few minutes and then add your instant pudding. Watch as you continue whipping it as it gets firm fast. If it gets firm to fast, add a little milk to bring it to the spreading consistancy. I always get many positive responses when I bring out a cake with this frosting/filling combination.
- Remember to first chill your bowl and beaters thoroughly before whipping.
