Cinnamon Chex Snack Recipe Saavedra / All my dishes

This is a sweet snack treat using Chex cereal. Very easy.

Ingredients
  • 4 C. Corn Chex Cereal
  • 1/3 C. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 t. Cinnamon
  • 4 T. Margarine or Butter

Directions
  1. Melt butter, add cereal and stir in a heavy skillet for five minutes. Add 1/2 of sugar/cinnamon mixture--stir 3 minutes-- and then add the rest of the sugar mixture and stir for one more minute.
  2. Cool and serve.
