Bacon Fingers Appetizer Recipe

How to make it

  • Decide on number of bacon appetizers needed
  • Cut strips of thinly sliced bacon in half
  • Wrap around the middle of a single salted cracker
  • Put on baking sheet
  • Cook in slow oven, until bacon is crisp
  • Check the fingers after 25 minutes
  • Delicious and easy

    Spyral, that sounds perfect! I meant to add that sprinkling with black pepper is also good! Thanks for the idea of cheese....yum...and I just thought, a green chili tucked in would also be good!
