How to make it

  • Chop onions and apricots
  • peel core and rough cut pears
  • add all ingredients to pan
  • stir regulary
  • simmer until a deep groove is left by the wooden spoon
  • put into sterilised jars and store in a cool dark place for at least 6 weeks.

    I just canned my first chutney and posted the recipe earlier. I loved the idea and the end result. Now I have your recipe to try and the blending of flavors sound wonderful. Thank you for sharing, =D
