- 3lb hard conference pears shopping list
- 3 medium onions shopping list
- 12 oz dried apricots shopping list
- 2lb sugar (any) shopping list
- 1&1/2 pt malt vinegar shopping list
- 1dst spn chilli flakes shopping list
- 2tsp ground ginger shopping list
- 2tsp pickling spice shopping list
- 1tsp ground allspice shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
How to make it
- Chop onions and apricots
- peel core and rough cut pears
- add all ingredients to pan
- stir regulary
- simmer until a deep groove is left by the wooden spoon
- put into sterilised jars and store in a cool dark place for at least 6 weeks.
