I just happened to run across this recipe and saw the question about the xanthan gum. You can also get online at www.Bobsredmill.com They sell all kinds of gluten free ingredients, along with what seems like a gazillion kinds of cereal, flour, and other wonderful ingredients.

I didn't know what the translation meant since that was what the recipe card had, but you can probably find xanthan gum at a health or bulk food store (I'm in Ontario and get mine at Bulk Barn)

In Italian this is a bit confusing. Farina di pane exists in the supermarket and it is very fine breadcrumbs. Your valuable recipe would probably be farina per pane. Where does one get xanthan gum?
