Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 ½ tbsp warm water
  • 3 cups Maria's Bread Flour Mix
  • 2 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375F
  2. Beat the eggs, oil and vinegar mixture at high speed until foamy.
  3. Add the water and honey mixture to the egg mixture and beat until it becomes foamy again.
  4. Turn the speed low and add ½ cup of flour mix at a time (wait for it to be absorbed before you add each ½ cup).
  5. Beat at HI for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour immediately into a prepared loaf pan.
  7. Cover and let rise 20 minutes.
  8. Bake for about 45 minutes at 375F.
  9. Brush the top with oil when it comes out of the oven and let it totally cool on the rack.
  10. It freezes well.
