Fall Pumpkin Bundt Cake

- 3 c all purpose flour shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 4 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 2 c sugar shopping list
- 1 1/4 c oil shopping list
- 2 c canned pumpkin (not pie filling) shopping list
- 2 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp allspice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 c chopped pecans shopping list
- 1 c semisweet chocolate chips shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 2 c icing sugar shopping list
- 4 tbsp milk (or more to thin into glaze) shopping list
- 2 tbsp softened butter shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, and salt.
- Beat eggs and sugar together then add oil and pumpkin.
- Blend this into the flour mix then fold in nuts and chocolate chips.
- Pour into a greased and floured 10 c bundt pan and bake in a 350 degree oven for about one hour.
- Cool for about 15 minutes then turn out onto a cooling rack.
- For glaze:
- Combine all ingredients itno a thin glaze then pour decoratively over cooled bundt cake.
