How to make it

  • In a large saucepan combine the butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa powder.
  • Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for one minute.
  • Remove from heat then stir in coconut and oats.
  • Working quickly, drop mix from teaspoons onto wax paper and allow to cool and harden.
  • (these are really good crumbled over ice cream!)
