Gold Banana caramel Recipe

How to make it

  • Cook sugar and water with pan until golnden caramel
  • ( but not to brown)
  • Add Banana ( low heat ) little beat press
  • add salt , cinamon, and little of water if it's too sticky ..
  • cook until all combine and caramel cook with banana
  • ( banana will be soften and golden brown )
  • at the end put strawberry cook for 2-3 minutes
  • After that put the butter on plate with cook banana and caramel sauce (let butter melt )
  • Decor with mint leave and cream
