Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease bottom and sides of 1-1/2 qt. dish with butter.
  • Layer overlapping potato slices on bottom of dish.
  • Sprinkle with half of garlic and 1/3 of goat cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Finish with final layer of potatoes and remaining cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour heavy cream over top of potatoes and press to condense layers slightly. Make sure layers are completely covered with cream.
  • Baker for 1 hour and 20 minutes, ur until bubbl and brown on top, and potatoes are cooked through.
  • Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
