How to make it

  • Start with dressing:
  • Place all dressing ingrediants in a jar that can be lided and shaken well ensuring a leak won't occurr.
  • Let set while you cut up fruit.
  • Place lettuce on the bottom of serving bowl creating bed of lettuce to present this beautiful salad on
  • After cutting up fruit give marinade final shake and poor over fruit.
  • Gently turn to coat fruit then place fruit in serving dish with lettuce.
