Delicious Pear Red Grape Chutney Easy

- 3 medium firm, ripe pears shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1 cup halved red seedless grapes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons honey shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 1 small onion, chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 cup raisins shopping list
- 1 tablespoon mustard seed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice shopping list
How to make it
- Peel, core and cut pears into 1/2-inch pieces; toss with lemon juice
- Add grapes, honey and Dijon mustard, tossing to mix
- Set aside
- In small skillet, cook onion in hot olive oil about 5 minutes, or until tender
- Add raisins, mustard seed and allspice
- Stir about 5 minutes to plump raisins
- Add raisin mixture to pear mixture
- Stir well to mix
- NOTE: could add minced jalapeno peppers to taste
