How to make it

  • Peel, core and cut pears into 1/2-inch pieces; toss with lemon juice
  • Add grapes, honey and Dijon mustard, tossing to mix
  • Set aside
  • In small skillet, cook onion in hot olive oil about 5 minutes, or until tender
  • Add raisins, mustard seed and allspice
  • Stir about 5 minutes to plump raisins
  • Add raisin mixture to pear mixture
  • Stir well to mix
  • NOTE: could add minced jalapeno peppers to taste
