How to make it

  • Chop up corned beef.
  • Place all ingredients in bowl
  • Mix well with electric hand mixer.
  • Chill well for several hours.
  • Garnish with parsley
  • Serve with assorted crispy crackers.

    Oh yes, that would definately work.
    I do have a small Sunbeam Oskar... never thought to make it in there, just grabbed the old hand mixer.....
