Ingredients

2 packages (4 oz.) thinly sliced corn beef

2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese

2 tsp. horseradish

2 tsp minced (almost juiced) onion

Parsley

Directions

Chop up corned beef.

Place all ingredients in bowl

Mix well with electric hand mixer.

Chill well for several hours.

Garnish with parsley

Serve with assorted crispy crackers.

Oh yes, that would definately work.
I do have a small Sunbeam Oskar... never thought to make it in there, just grabbed the old hand mixer.....
