Corn Bread Fit For A Feast

- 3 c. sifted all-purpose flour shopping list
- 4 T. baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 T. salt shopping list
- 6 c. yellow cornmeal shopping list
- 4 eggs, well beaten shopping list
- 3 c. evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 c. water shopping list
- 1 c. margarine, melted shopping list
How to make it
- Sift first 4 ingredients together in a large bowl and add cornmeal
- Combine last 4 ingredients and add to first mixture
- Stir only until dry ingredients are dampened
- Pour into two greased 13x9x2 inch pans
- Bake in preheated 425 F oven for about 20 minutes
- Cut into 12 pieces each pan
