A delicious, simple dessert. I've even used this as a salad!

Ingredients
  • 1 pkg. orange jello
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained, reserve juice
  • 1 cup small marshmallows

Directions
  1. Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Add 1 cup reserved pineapple juice.
  3. Put in the fridge until nearly set.
  4. Mix all the other ingredients together and fold into jello.
  5. Put in the fridge for several hours before serving.
