Homemade Marshmallow Cream

- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 2 cups light corn syrup shopping list
- 1 cup egg whites shopping list
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup shopping list
- 4 teaspoons vanilla extract shopping list
How to make it
- Cook sugar, water and 2 cups corn syrup to 240 degrees.
- In large bowl beat egg whites and 1/2 cup corn syrup until mixed.
- Beat until light and fluffy then slowly add hot syrup while beating.
- When well combined beat on high for 3 minutes then add vanilla extract.
