How to make it

  • Cook sugar, water and 2 cups corn syrup to 240 degrees.
  • In large bowl beat egg whites and 1/2 cup corn syrup until mixed.
  • Beat until light and fluffy then slowly add hot syrup while beating.
  • When well combined beat on high for 3 minutes then add vanilla extract.
