I have not made this. It comes from an estate sale. I love this stuff and buy it often for brownies. If anybody tries it please let me know how it turns out.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups light corn syrup
  • 1 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup light corn syrup
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Cook sugar, water and 2 cups corn syrup to 240 degrees.
  2. In large bowl beat egg whites and 1/2 cup corn syrup until mixed.
  3. Beat until light and fluffy then slowly add hot syrup while beating.
  4. When well combined beat on high for 3 minutes then add vanilla extract.
