Ingredients
- 9 slices salami, thin cut, any kind shopping list
- 36 small sweet pickles shopping list
- cream cheese or cheese spread shopping list
How to make it
- Cut the salami into quarters
- Cut thin, lengthwise slices from each of the pickles to make a smooth base
- With the tip of of a knife, cut out a wedge shape strip on top side each pickle
- Fill the hollow with cheese
- Insert a quarter slice salami in to cheese to form a sail
- makes 3 dozen
