Ingredients

9 slices salami, thin cut, any kind

36 small sweet pickles

cream cheese or cheese spread

Directions

Cut the salami into quarters

Cut thin, lengthwise slices from each of the pickles to make a smooth base

With the tip of of a knife, cut out a wedge shape strip on top side each pickle

Fill the hollow with cheese

Insert a quarter slice salami in to cheese to form a sail

makes 3 dozen
