Salmon Dip Recipe Babydumpling / All my dishes

This is a simple and easy "make - ahead" dip. Of course, as with any of the recipes I submit, "tinker" with it as you will. Find a "zing" that works for you and let me know how it does. : )

Ingredients
  • 1 can (16 oz) salmon
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary
  • 6 peppercorns, crushed
  • Dash of ground clove
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt (consumable)
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions
  1. Drain salmon and mash
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream, mix well
  3. Fold in sour cream once mixed
  4. Chill for at least 1 hour
  5. makes 2 cups
