Salmon Dip

This is a simple and easy "make - ahead" dip. Of course, as with any of the recipes I submit, "tinker" with it as you will. Find a "zing" that works for you and let me know how it does. : )
Ingredients
- 1 can (16 oz) salmon shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 2 tsp. chopped chives shopping list
- 1 tsp. minced onion shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary shopping list
- 6 peppercorns, crushed shopping list
- Dash of ground clove shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt (consumable) shopping list
- 1 c. sour cream shopping list
How to make it
- Drain salmon and mash
- Add remaining ingredients, except sour cream, mix well
- Fold in sour cream once mixed
- Chill for at least 1 hour
- makes 2 cups
