This is really good and so easy and fast to make. Recieved this recipe for a friend when I lived in Texas.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/2 lbs of Ground beef
  • Medium onion
  • Couple stalks of celery
  • Garlic powder to taste, I like alot
  • Seasoning salt to taste
  • Small can of enchilada sauce
  • 1 can of tomatoe sauce
  • Package of tortillas

Directions
  1. Brown the beef with onion and celery
  2. Season with garlic powder, and seasoning salt.
  3. Add the can of enchilada sauce and tomato sauce.
  4. Simmer for about one hour.
  5. Make layer of tortillas, meat and cheese, repeat
  6. Bake in 350* oven till heated through and cheese is melted.
