How to make it

  • Pan= 3 8x8= 38-40 minutes or
  • 3 9x9 = 38-40 minutes or
  • 1 9x13 = 40-50 minutes
  • greese and flour pans then pre heat oven to 350degres F.
  • 1) In a bowl mix flour,baking powder,soda,salt,nutmeg,
  • clove,and cinnamon. Set aside.
  • 2) In anouther bowl,beat eggsand suger on low;beat in oil,
  • cream,vanilla,ginger , and orange zest.Mix in flour mixture;
  • add carrots pineapple,nuts,and rasins.
  • 3) Pour batter into pans and bake until dark golden brown
  • and a toothpick tests clean. Cool 20 minutes in the pan;
  • turn out and cool completly.
  • Cream Cheese Frosting
  • Mix all ingredints together to smooth spreadable frosting.
  • If frosting is too soft to spread on cake put in refregerate
  • for 20-30 minutes.
